These are “my students”…

Teaching is something that I had never considered before, I thought I would not be able, that I had no vocation for something like this. Then I was there, with these “kids” of all ages, committed in a path that I had done too, years before, and I experienced the ability to share what I know – what I learned, not only in class, but through my personal experience – to share it with others; see their progress, see how they improve, feel a shock of pride when a simple advice could change their way of looking at something. And try again the thrill of the stage, but from another point of view: I had never been behind the scenes. The energy, the tension, the frustration… to observe from the outside something that I myself had helped to create.

A few months changed my perception of myself and my work. And it does feel you really European to be forced to speak four different languages in the same day.

I went because I wanted to know a different way to do… everything! I wanted to work in what I studied for, I can’t do it in my country. I wanted to stay. I’d like to go back. I think everybody should have an experience like this.

So, are you ready?
